Raw Lehua Honey

• Origin: The Big Island, Hawaii
• Source: The Ohia Lehua Flower Blossoms. Raw Lehua Honey crystallizes quickly, even in the hive, and has a spreadable or whipped honey texture. This thicker texture is it’s natural state. Blooming season is from early March –  June.
• Taste: Think créme brülée. This mild honey has a hint of sweet coupled with strong accents of butterscotch and caramel and a warm buttery finish. The scent is a dense woody and earthy, yet very pleasant.
• Pairings: Great on pastries and breads, in coffee, most cheeses and with fresh fruit.

Raw Macadamia Nut Honey

• Origin: The Big Island, Hawaii
• Source: Macadamia Nut Blossom Honey is thick and buttery with a subtle deep and distinct flavor. Macadamia honey is a monofloral honey produced from honey bees pollinating the white blossoms of the macadamia trees.
• Taste: Enjoy notes of chocolate and a citrus tang, along with its subtle nut flavor. It’s rich and dark amber in color. Macadamia Nut Honey is great for cooking and pairs well with many foods. It’s nutty undertones make it a true Hawaiian delicacy.
• Pairings: Try off a spoon, in coffees or teas and on toast. Mix with macadamia, granola and coconut, or add a touch of cinnamon in a cup of hot water.  It also pairs nicely with lemon, fresh strawberries or in bread pudding.

Raw Tropical Blossom Honey

• Origin: The Big Island, Hawaii
• Source: The Hawaiian Tropical Flower Blossoms, including a broad variety of floral and nut tree sources. Blooming season is from early August – September.
• Taste: Hawaiian Tropical Blossom Honey has a warm caramel aroma with deep notes of molasses. The flavor is floral, herbaceous, and sweet. Hawaiian Tropical Blossom Honey is typically light amber to amber and has a bold, tropical flavor. The texture is rich and smooth.
• Pairings: Perfect for drizzling over bread or drizzled over your favorite cheese. Great on teas, breads, and yogurt or with fresh fruit.
