We use Granny Smith with northeastern apple varietals and improve them. This is possible because we add imported and certified raw kosher Ceylon and Korintje cinnamon. We then slowly stir these cinnamons with 100% pure US Grade A Clover honey. The result is a sweet, creamy, tart spread. Enjoy these renowned US apples with spicy and warm cinnamon undertones.
