Complementary, Yet Diverse
Our bundles include a diversity of raw and whipped honeys, honey butters, honey mustards (seasonal), honey vinegars and honey shrubs (September, 2020). We create mixed product bundles containing a variety of raw, whipped and infused honeys. We also commonly pair our mid-sized 2" x 4" raw honeycomb bricks with one or two honeys. These various honey combinations were again created based on sales data tracking what our customers organically paired together in their individual past orders. As the saying goes, customers know best.
Our Approach To Creating Bundles
We continue to keep close watch on our customers most popular choices and then try to accommodate their future purchases by creating and providing these attractive groupings.
Our unique and top selling Okefenokee honeycomb is a consistent top seller and, while many customers are new to honeycomb, one taste is all it takes for them to get hooked. Like the caviar of the honey world, we also think once you've tried the honeycomb, you'll quickly understand why it continues to be the delicacy of the honey world.
Who's Buying Bundles?
While 1/3 of our bundles direct are currently sold to consumers for personal consumption, the remaining 2/3 end up as gifts. This split shifts dramatically around holiday times to almost 95% being purchased as gifts.
When someone purchases a honey bundle from Built by Bees and gifts it to family and friends, this is the greatest compliment to us.
