Start small

This Beelixir is an effective elderberry concentrate, and a little goes a long way. We recommend starting with one teaspoon a day to build up your immune system. While most elderberry products recommend one-two tablespoons a day, we suggest using teaspoons, because ours is a super potent European elderberry.
