How do I return an order?
Unopened products may be returned for replacement, store credit or refund within 15 days of purchase. Gifted items, purchased by another person (and shipped to you) are not eligible for replacement, credit or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If your purchase was made through our website, please call our office at 770-454-9400 to speak to a Customer Service representative.
They will instruct you to securely place unopened items in a shipping box along with your proof of your purchase. They will then send you a return label to place on your return shipping box. You can then give this box to your mail carrier or drop it at the shipper’s location nearest you.
