Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Orders placed after 2 p.m. may be processed the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend are processed starting on Monday. All standard United States shipping holidays apply.

How long will it take to arrive?

When shipping by ground methods, shipping time will vary based on the “ship to” destination. You should allow 1-7 business days for standard or standard ground shipments.

To avoid delays, review your shipping address and contact us immediately if an error is made.

Once a parcel has been shipped, we cannot easily correct mistakes in the delivery address. We also cannot replace lost items based an incorrect address submitted.

Please note if your package is still in-transit and you need to correct the address, there is an additional fee.

How much are Built by Bees shipping charges?

We extend our discounted carrier rates to our customers AND we also subsidize every shipment from one to two dollars. When you enter your shipping address, our shopping cart will automatically calculate the rate for you.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we send P.O. Box packages via USPS. Please allow 2-10 business days.

Does Built by Bees Ship to Canada?

No, we do not currently ship to Canada.
