Produced from an Apple Cyser honey mead vinegar base, we use a diverse and robust Georgia Wildflower honey. It’s extracted from the Okefenoke Wildlife Forest in South Georgia. We then take this amazing honey and add a savory fusion of smoke flavored organic Serrano. What is Apple Cyser Vinegar?

 

Apple cyser vinegar is created by first fermenting both apples (to create apple cider) and honey (to create mead). Then when both fermentations are combined and then acidified with yeast, an amazing sweet and flavorful vinegar is created called cyser. This is rare vinegar in the USA with only a limited number of producers making this.

Our amazing smoky flavor is all-natural. This product is sulfite-free, with no artificial flavors or sweeteners, no added sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup, no chemicals or preservatives and is gluten-free.

 

Our vinegars are not filtered or pasteurized which creates conditions that may cause the mother to settle.
