This 2020 sofi award winner was chosen from nearly 2,000 products competing for the annual Specialty Food Association awards.

Sweet Raspberry Blossom Honey Vinegar

Built by Bees Raspberry Blossom Honey Vinegar was selected by a specialty food expert panel. This panel hadnearly 2,000 entries across 39 product categories. Products were judged on taste, flavor, appearance, texture and aroma, ingredient quality and innovation. All tastings were blind. This year, for the first time, sofi judging was held at the prestigious Rutgers Food Innovation Center following strict safety guidelines.
