Our Whipped Honey Process & Flavors
Each jar of whipped honey takes over a week to make. It is first chilled, then carefully churned and spun over several days. Freeze-dried natural fruits and spices are added during the process, followed by additional chilling to achieve its signature smooth texture and rich flavor. The result is a heavenly taste and an irresistibly easy-to-enjoy spread.
We currently offer the following flavors: Apple, Blackberry, Blood Orange, Blueberry, Cinnamon, Cinnamon Pecan, Clover, Espresso, Lemon, Peach, and Raspberry. Availability may vary, as some fruits are seasonal and produced in smaller batches, so they can sell out quickly.
Important Note: Fruits and spices may naturally separate over time due to temperature changes. We recommend giving your whipped honey a good stir before use to ensure consistent flavor. Whipped honey can be stored at room temperature in your pantry. If refrigerated, we recommend keeping it around 60°F (ideal for a wine cooler).
