Ideally, store it in a refrigerator. Whipped honey is crystallized honey. Crystallized honey will decrystallize in warm temperatures. Built by Bees stores all of its whipped honey in a refrigerator (around 40 degrees Fahrenheit) or wine cooler (around 60 degrees Fahrenheit). When creamed honey decrystallizes, the natural fruits and the honey can separate. If this happens, stir the entire jar and place in a cool unit as described.
