Love It!

I gotta admit, I bought this on a whim thinking it wasn’t going to be good. I mean, who puts hops and salt in honey? I was absolutely stunned by how good the combination was. The salt compliments the sweetness of the honey perfectly. The bitterness of the hops kicks in last and does linger a little bit, but not unpleasantly so, certainly no worse than the aftertaste of a light beer. I was thinking about using this in tea but in all honesty it’s so good by itself that I just sample it from time to time. If you want sweet, salty, and mild bitterness in one spoonful then this is what you need.
